It was Used to Ignite a Teller Mine by Pegging the Ring to the Ground Under the Teller Mine so that when the Mine was Lifted or Displaced the Mine was Activated.
Was also Used on Smoke Candles No KS & Prepared Charge's.
With No Detonator or Internal Delay Element. (Inert)
Inert and Free From any Explosive
